Joseph Baxter handles two roles for Michael Baxter & Associates Commercial Real Estate and Property Management. He is a commercial advisor, helping clients acquire, dispose of or lease commercial real estate. Additionally Joseph is the supervising agent for the firm’s property management division, which was created specifically to provide property owners with the highest quality service available.

Joseph received his real estate license in 2003, and has been a full time commercial advisor ever since. Having started, owned, operated and sold his own businesses, Joseph has personal experience and knowledge to share with his clients.

Beginning in 2007, Mr. Baxter has the added responsibility of supervising the Property Management division. Since that time the department has added personnel, diversified property types and more than doubled its clientele. Joseph is especially proud of the department’s successful turnaround of underperforming and distressed properties.
